Anthem’s Inclusive Care connects you and your covered family members with quality care, providing personalized navigation and support through a specially trained Health Guide at no additional cost. The program is available to all employees and covered dependents enrolled in a Cummins Anthem medical plan.

Inclusive Health and your Health Guide will support you in:

• Finding LGBTQ+-friendly providers
• Navigating gender affirmation surgery
• Identifying resources to support your whole health, including behavioral health professionals.

The Inclusive Care program places a large focus on identifying care providers who self-identify as allies and specialize in addressing the specific concerns of the LGBTQIA+ community. Care providers and dedicated advocates collaborate to connect member with inclusive care and provide appropriate one-on-one guidance around topics like gender-affirming care and reassignment surgeries, help answer potential questions, align care with clinical guidelines, and provide ongoing support. Many of these allies also leverage virtual care, freeing individuals from geographical constraints. This gives the opportunity to connect in a more private setting as members seek the most appropriate care.
